What purpose do we process your personal data for?

At AGRIHOLD, S.L. we treat the information provided by interested people in the following purposes:

Contacts and potential clients: carry out the management of potential clients who have been interested in our products, we all as other commercial contacts and, where appropriate, send commercial communications even electronically.

Candidates for a job: manage the Curriculum Vitae received and carry out the personnel selection processes, interviews and other necessary procedures to find the best possible candidate for a specific job position.

Clients: carry out the administrative, accounting and fiscal management of the products requested.

Suppliers: carry out fiscal, accounting and administrative management of suppliers, as well as professional contact details.

Visitors to the facilities: record and manage visits to the facilities of the person in charge.

Video surveillance: guarantee people’s safety, goods and facilities, using video surveillance systems.
In the event that you do not provide your personal Data, we will not be able to comply with the functionalities described above.

How have we obtained your data?

Data will be kept for:

Contacts and potential clients: indefinite, as long as the interested party does not request their deletion.

Candidates for a job: two years, since the last interaction.

Clients: as long as the interested party does not request its deletion and, where appropriate, during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations.

Suppliers: as long as the interested party does not request its deletion and, where appropriate, during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations.

Visitors to the facilities: for four years or until the interested party requests its deletion.

Video surveillance: a maximum of 30 days, except communication to the Security forces and Bodies, and or Courts and Tribunals.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

Mission in the Public Interest: Treatment necessary for the fulfillment of an obligation carried out in public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the data controller (art. 6.1.e RGPD).

Candidates for a job: all the Organizations that make up the business group, in order to participate in the different selection processes offered by all the group companies.

Financial entities, in order to carry out the corresponding economic transactions.

Suppliers:
All the organizations that make up the business group, in order to optimize resources.

Visitors to the facilities:
No data will be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation.

Video surveillance:
Where appropriate, to the State Security Forces and Bodies, as well as Courts and Tribunals, in order to provide images, in case of committing a crime.

Data transfers to third countries are not foreseen.

What are your rights when you provide us with your Data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about whether or not AGRIHOLD, S.L. is processing data that concerns you.

The interested people have the rights to access to their data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes which it was collected. You also have the right to the portability of your data.

Under certain circumstances, then interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.

Under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may object to the processing of their data. In this case, AGRIHOLD, S.L. will stop processing the data, except for commanding legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
